As kickoff creeps closer, football fans have made plans to hole up and watch this weekend’s Super Bowl.

With the game in mind, we surveyed homes for sale nationwide to find man caves where you could retreat and watch the big game in style and comfort. After extensive research (and a few bags of Fritos), we identified seven cool caves as potential top draft picks.

Of course, most of the lovely homes featured below are as expensive as a warm soda. However, we offer up a scouting report on each cave for you to assess what features you’d want to incorporate and what you could live without when you build your own hibernation sensation.

Address: 29510 NE 85th Cir, Camas, WA
Price: $1.29 million
Scouting report: Tons of upsides. This man cave is located in a separate hangar on the property and boasts a full bar and arcade. If you yearn to poke your head out of the cave, you could venture outside to your own batting cage and nine-hole putting green.

~~~~~~
Address: 171 Old Farm Rd, Bozeman, MT
Price: $11.47 million
Scouting report: Top of the class. The priciest (and darkest) cave offers the perfect game-day experience tucked far, far away from the madding crowds in Montana. The only potential downside would be the frigid weather outside—but with a cave like this, why would you ever leave?
~~~~~~

Address: 35150 Dorchester Rd, Gates Mills, OH
Price: $1.1 million
Scouting report: You can’t teach size. This enormous and well-lit man cave comes equipped with five TVs to ensure you never miss a moment of action. You’ll also find a pool table, jukebox, and … walk-in fridge?! We’ll bring the pretzels and potato chips, because the beverages are sure to be icy cold.

~~~~~~
Address: 1368 N Shorewood Ln, Caryville, TN
Price: $584,900
Scouting report: Underrated talent. The cheapest cave in our survey surely isn’t the most fancy, but it’s a place where you wouldn’t worry about spilling a little soda on the bar. Complete with three recliners facing a giant TV and a wall of football memorabilia, this cave doesn’t have the glory of its larger counterparts, but it’s got loads of intangibles.
~~
Address: 88 N Country Club Dr, Phoenix, AZ
Price: $960,000
Scouting report: Brings the wood on every hit. The desert cave appears as if it stepped out of the Wild West. With plentiful dark wood and its own two-seat saloon, the room is party-ready. Put on the game, start the fireplace, and sink into an easy chair.
~~~~~~

Address: 1324 Bancroft Dr, Longwood, FL
Price: $979,000
Scouting report: Has big-play ability. If you’re looking to mix in a few holes before the big game, you won’t need to leave your cave. This room comes equipped with its own golf simulator that directly faces the TV.

~~~~
Address: 1101 E Warner Rd Unit 112, Tempe, AZ
Price: $6,949,999
Scouting report: Can’t miss. The nine-seat home theater room offers a large homage to none other than the godfather himself, Al Pacino. Outside the screening room is a heavy-looking room with dark wood, lots of stonework, and multiple TVs. And is that a bat signal in the Gotham-themed elevator to whisk you back to civilization?
